How long we keep data

- Enquiries and quotation correspondence are kept while the request is active and afterwards only for reasonable follow-up, business continuity and legal-claim needs.
- Customer, contract, order and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Latvian law and while they may be needed to establish or defend legal rights.
- Technical security logs are retained according to the hosting and security provider's schedules and only for as long as necessary to operate and protect the website.

We do not sell personal data. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard permitted by the GDPR.
06
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. The website and its hosting platform may also use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver the requested page, maintain security and prevent abuse.
